5-for-6 Game for Arvizu Saturday, December 18th , 2049 Richmond Flying Squirrels left fielder Bruce Arvizu went 5-for-6 today and paced Richmond to a 13-3 victory over the Bakersfield Blaze at Historic Sam Lynn Ballpark. "Well, that was fun," Arvizu said following the game. Bruce Arvizu singled in the 1st, hit a two-run triple in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th. This season in 13 games, Arvizu has hit at a .439 clip with 18 hits, 1 home run, 7 RBIs and 12 runs scored. |
