McCullough Goes Deep 3 Times Thursday, April 14th , 2050 Fans seated in the bleacher section at Modern Woodmen Park were taking cover all day long as Ethan McCullough zeroed in on them, rattling three long blasts off the seats in a display of Herculean power. The big game from the Kannapolis catcher helped the Intimidators take the victory, 12-1, over the Quad Cities River Bandits. "I told myself not to press on the last one," he told reporters in the postgame press conference. "I knew I couldn't force it -- it has to be a nice easy swing." For the game, he collected 4 hits in 4 at-bats, drove in 9 and scored 3 runs. Ethan McCullough hit an RBI single in the 1st, was hit by a pitch in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jeremy Mellott in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Kenyu Tanaka in the 7th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Kenyu Tanaka in the 8th.
