Essary Expected to Miss 4 Months Friday, June 3rd , 2050 Brett Essary could soon be placed on the injured list. The Lexington reliever told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 4 months because of a torn labrum. He hasn't played since 05/31/2050 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." Crunching the numbers on Essary for the year, he has made 24 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 0-1 won-lost mark and 2.51 ERA. In pitching 28.2 innings, he has totaled 34 strikeouts and 13 walks. |
