Estrella's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Tuesday, July 26th , 2050 The hitting streak for Greensboro left fielder Angelo Estrella now stands at 20 games, but the Grasshoppers dropped today's contest 5-4 to the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. Estrella went 2-for-2 in the game. "Things went well for me personally today," he said later. "I got 2 hits and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." Angelo Estrella singled in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, walked in the 6th and singled in the 7th. Estrella is currently hitting at a .241 pace with 6 home runs, 33 RBIs and has scored 32 times. |
