Chiefs End Estrella's Streak Friday, July 29th , 2050 The 22-game hitting streak of Angelo Estrella has come to an end. The Greensboro Grasshoppers left fielder went 0-for-4 today in his team's 5-0 loss to the Peoria Chiefs at Dozer Park. "It's not just Angelo who came up short today," Grasshoppers manager Julio Pina said in his postgame press conference. "This was a team loss." Estrella is batting .238 with 6 home runs and 33 RBIs this season. |
