Muniz Dominates Reds Wednesday, January 26th , 2050 Toronto (WIN) Blue Jays starter Eddie Muniz really did a number on the Cincinnati (WIN) Reds today, shutting them out 4-0 on 4 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 2 walks and had 12 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Cincinnati (WIN) manager David Hamilton. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Muniz." On the season Muniz has a 5-4 record with a 3.02 ERA. |
