Milwaukee (WIN) Moves on to League Championship Thursday, January 27th , 2050 Milwaukee (WIN) Brewers won a nail-biting series against the St. Louis (WIN) Cardinals 3-2, wrapping up the Divisional Series finale 6-0 at Roger Dean Stadium. Brewers first baseman Orlando Torres was named the series MVP. He batted .400, drove in 5 runs and scored 2 to lead Milwaukee (WIN) into the next round of play. "Orlando was real solid for us, real solid," said Brewers manager Campbell Lipe. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time."
