3-Homer Hat Trick for Knerr

London left fielder Andy Knerr led the Majors to a 8-4 triumph over the Chester Pirates, crushing three home runs.
"He's scary good when he's swinging the bat like that," said London skipper Curt Johnson.
Indeed, Knerr put up some "scary good" numbers: three homers, 4 hits in 5 at-bats with 4 runs and 3 RBIs.
"I'm just thinkin' about winning ballgames," Knerr said. "When you think about home runs, you very seldom get 'em."
Andy Knerr doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Ewan Vermeulen in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Ewan Vermeulen in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Kurt Koehn in the 6th and struck out in the 9th.
Knerr is batting at a .307 pace this season, picking up 75 hits in 244 at-bats with 28 home runs, 53 RBIs and 54 runs scored.
