Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Hamilton Thursday, October 6th , 2050 After spending most of the season well back of the division leaders, the Hamilton Cardinals made it official today, becoming mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. Hamilton last appeared in the postseason in 2048. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 21 times in their 29-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cardinals have missed the playoffs 5 times. |
