Quarter-Finals Goes the Distance, Kelowna Prevails Wednesday, November 2nd , 2050 The sweet swing of Jonathan Hemsley has led his team through the Quarter-Finals. The Kelowna Heat star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Miami Beach Marlins to advance to the Semi-Finals. The Heat won the final game at Andrew Wray Stadium by a score of 4-3 and the series 4-3. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Hemsley. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Hemsley hit .333 with a .407 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 7 runs.
