Season Done for Vega Thursday, November 17th , 2050 The season will end prematurely for Danny Vega, the Mississippi State University reliever. He suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament on 11/16/2050, an injury that is serious enough to knock him out of action for the rest of the year. Vega was not available for comment. This season Vega has made 9 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-3 won-lost mark and a 6.65 ERA. In pitching 21.2 innings, he has totaled 24 strikeouts and 10 walks. |
