Chris Thorson was on fire today and sparked his club to a 31-2 victory over the Astros. The Princeton second baseman was a tough out and went 5-for-5 against Greeneville in a fine hitting display.

"I got my pitches and I connected. They all found the right holes on the diamond. Some days you hit shots and they're right at somebody and some days they fall in."

Chris Thorson hit a two-run home run off Tim Watson in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, walked in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Ruben Rojas in the 5th, walked in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off James Browning in the 8th.
