Souza Has Hot Hand, Bangs 5 hits
There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

Ray Souza is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-6 against the Ogden Raptors at Lindquist Field today. The monster effort from the 24-year-old catcher helped the Johnson City Cardinals take the win, 35-8.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Raptors manager Chae-ku Jou. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

Ray Souza singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, walked in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 9th.

For the season Souza is hitting .309, batted in 21 runs with 2 home runs and 19 runs scored.
