He easily handled Astros pitching, going 5 for 7 and helping the Owlz to a 26-0 triumph at Pioneer Park. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Pelletier's quip, Astros skipper Gera Alvarez said he "would take him up on that next time." Ryan Pelletier singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, hit an RBI triple in the 5th, walked in the 6th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 8th.
