Figueroa on Fire: 6-for-6 for Grand Junction Sunday, October 9th , 2044 Grand Junction defeated Missoula today at Suplizio Field. The star of the game for the Rockies was right fielder Juan Figueroa. His hitting heroics included a 6-for-6 day, paving the way for Grand Junction's 27-18 triumph over the Osprey. Juan Figueroa singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Dan Thompson in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th, walked in the 7th, hit an RBI triple in the 8th and hit a two-run triple in the 8th. Figueroa is currently hitting at a .295 pace with 13 home runs and 90 RBIs. |
