Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Wednesday, October 12th , 2044 Sam Sours of Chicago (APP) and Mike Moffett of Helena were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Sours will have to miss 3 games for his part in the brawl, while Moffett was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. This season Sours is hitting at a .340 pace with 8 home runs, 42 RBIs and has scored 50 times. On the year Moffett has worked 32 innings with 28 strikeouts en route to a 1-1 record and 2.81 ERA. |
