Season Over for Perez Thursday, October 13th , 2044 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Oklahoma State University Cowboys: reliever Omar Perez is out for the year. Perez suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament on 10/11/2044. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. So far this season, Perez has compiled a 1-2 won-lost mark with no saves and a 2.51 ERA. In 14.1 innings he has fanned 7 and opponents are hitting him at a .231 clip. |
