Season Ends for Wernli Friday, October 21st , 2044 After several days of waiting for test results, bad news was delivered to Jon Wernli today. The Clemson University reliever will be out the rest of the year due to a stretched elbow ligament he suffered on 10/18/2044. This year Wernli has earned no saves, worked 28.2 innings, fanned 23 hitters and recorded a 3.45 ERA. He has also put up a 1-4 won-lost mark. |
