Sam Williams Winner in October Tuesday, November 1st , 2044 At only 17 years of age, Sam Williams could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the Wichita State University Shockers, as October was one to remember for the first baseman and he has captured the Division 2 Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .352 with 8 home runs, 14 RBIs and 20 runs scored. This year Williams has hit at a .368 clip with 82 hits, 21 home runs, 44 RBIs and 55 runs scored. |
