Barrage of Hits Gets Muse DIV II Award Monday, November 14th , 2044 19-year-old Dan Muse sent shock waves through Evolution last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Division 2 Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Muse made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .476 average, 10 hits in 21 at-bats, 2 home runs and 4 RBI. Where the Ohio State University Buckeyes second baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Muse certainly made his mark last week. Looking at his season stats, Muse has compiled a .324 batting average and a .411 on-base percentage, while hitting 10 home runs and driving in 30 runs. |
