Sosa Baffles Pawtucket Batters
|
Jon Sosa scattered 1 hit over 9 innings, going the distance in the 4-0 Buffalo Bisons victory over the Pawtucket Red Sox at Coca-Cola Field. The 23-year-old Sosa whiffed 4 and allowed 3 walks in the game.
"Not perfect today, but I'll definitely take it," Sosa said later. "I made a couple mistakes but thankfully they didn't get all of them and the guys behind me cleaned things up."
This year Sosa has compiled a 9-0 mark with a 3.27 ERA in 12 starts.
