Josh Hensley Selected August's Best Batter Friday, September 1st , 2045 Josh Hensley may be much younger than other hitters in the National League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 22-year-old Lehigh Valley third baseman hit .363 with 8 home runs, 37 RBIs and 22 runs scored. Hensley is batting .313 this year with 29 home runs, 127 RBIs and 98 runs scored.
