Boals Selected AL Player of the Week Monday, September 4th , 2045 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the American League, but last week Brad Boals of the Charlotte Knights reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Boals rocked opposing pitching for a .652 average (15-for-23), 1 home run and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Boals is hitting .329 with 9 home runs. |
