Richardson Grabs NL Reliever of the Year Wednesday, November 8th , 2045 At the young age of only 23, Pat Richardson has been named the National League Reliever of the Year winner for 2045. The future appears bright for the Sacramento River Cats relief ace, who captured the award with 20 saves in 50 relief appearances, 54 strikeouts in 63.2 innings and a record of 8-1 to go with his 1.41 ERA. He received 16 first place votes out of a possible 30. Mario Arce of the Colorado Springs Sky Sox finished second in voting with 14 first place votes, while Brian Gregory of the El Paso Chihuahuas finished third.
