Wahlin Fashions Shutout Against Biloxi Friday, May 26th , 2045 Zach Wahlin of the Mobile BayBears shut out the Biloxi Shuckers 5-0 at MGM Park today, holding them to 3 hits with no walks and 6 strikeouts. Pressed for comments on his club's defeat, Biloxi skipper Alex Jackson called the outing from Wahlin "a jewel." "The way Wahlin was pitching, it would have been tough for anyone to beat him," he said. On his stats sheet this season Wahlin shows a 3-3 record, 6 starts, 34.2 innings, 33 strikeouts and a 5.71 ERA. |
