American League Top Pitcher Selected Friday, November 10th , 2045 The Montgomery Biscuits have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Cheng-ho Hsu, this year's American League Outstanding Pitcher Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Hsu compiled a 19-3 record in 31 starts, tallied 316 strikeouts in 215.1 innings and recorded a 2.05 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .174 batting average against him. He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 30.
