Bruce Tosses No-Hitter Against Naturals Thursday, June 28th , 2046 It was the game that pitchers dream about: the no-hitter. It happened today at Arvest Ballpark. Michael Bruce of the Corpus Christi Hooks was right on target against the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in a 7-0 victory. Bruce zeroed in on them, holding them hitless with 17 strikeouts and no walks. "I just had it all today," Bruce told BNN reporters after the game. "Very good stuff and great location. That is a combination that's hard to beat." |
