NL Player of the Week Named Monday, September 3rd , 2046 Hyoji Toda of the Tulsa Drillers might have lost a step over the years, but the 39-year-old right fielder can still get it done. He beat out several other worthy National League hitters over this past week to claim the Player of the Week Award. Toda posted a .583 batting average with 1 home run and 5 RBIs last week while scoring 3 runs. For the week he was 7 for 12. Posting a .255 batting average to date, Toda has 5 home runs and 27 RBIs. |
