Hernandez Selected Manager of the Year in AL Saturday, November 10th , 2046 A baseball manager's success usually depends on the talent of his club, but in the case of Cesar Hernandez, he seems to have taken the Frisco RoughRiders to a higher level and gotten his just due. He was named this season's Manager of the Year in the American League for leading the team to a very rewarding season. "Everyone on the team put in a lot of hard work this season," he told reporters. "It's always nice when it's acknowledged in some way." Hernandez led Frisco to a first place finish in the American League West Division. The RoughRiders ended up with a 119-31 record. |
