Injury Shuts Down Durbin for Season Sunday, September 2nd , 2046 Lee Durbin has to call it a season. The Charleston RiverDogs reliever learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 09/01/2046 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a torn back muscle and stated that he would not be able to play for 4-5 months. The team will likely place Durbin on the injured list today. Taking a look at his season stats for 2046, Durbin has made 15 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-0 won-lost mark with a 2.65 ERA. In pitching 34 innings, he has totaled 26 strikeouts and 19 walks. |
