League Gives Morataya 3-Game Suspension Monday, September 17th , 2046 The league office has notified the Cedar Rapids Kernels that Dan Morataya will receive a 3-game suspension for his flagrant conduct in yesterday's game with Hickory at L.P. Frans Stadium. Morataya aggressively and physically protested a third-strike call and had to be restrained by several teammates after being ejected. So far this season Morataya is hitting .305 with 35 home runs, 107 RBIs and 112 runs scored. He has 142 hits in 465 at-bats and a .401 OBP. |
