AL Best Skipper, Albers of Lansing Tuesday, November 20th , 2046 An outstanding season by the Lugnuts garnered their manager Andrew Albers the American League Manager of the Year award for 2046. He led Lansing to a 112-38 record this year and a first place finish in the American League Eastern Division. Even so, Albers seemed less than thrilled. "I don't give a darn about the award," he growled to reporters, "I just want this team to win championships!" |
