Big Day for Belew as Phillies Down Marlins, 19-4
Philadelphia beat Miami in a rain-soaked ballgame.

The Philadelphia Phillies bested the Miami Marlins, 19-4, at Citizens Bank Park. Chef Belew was one of the standouts. He went 2 for 2 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 3. James Woods Jr., the winning pitcher, is now 14-4. He went 7.2 innings, allowing 4 runs on 7 hits, while fanning 9 and walking 2.

The Phillies got a big hit from first baseman Josh Hensley. In the bottom of the eighth, Hensley pounded a grand slam home run to right-center. His 12th home run of the season put the Phillies ahead, 19-4.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Hensley told the Philadelphia Daily News.

Philadelphia has now won 4 straight.
