Nationals Dealt 6-3 Home Loss
|
The Los Angeles Dodgers picked up a win at Nationals Park, taking down the Washington Nationals, 6-3. Starting pitcher Chut-sai Teoh was a big reason why. In 6.1 innings, Teoh surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 4. He allowed 1 run. The Nationals, at 40-58, have lost 4 in a row.
Los Angeles used the timely hitting of Rocky Campbell to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Dodgers ahead, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.
"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Teoh said.
