Braves Deal Reds 7-3 Loss
The Atlanta Braves topped the Cincinnati Reds, 7-3, in National League action at Great American Ball Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Atlanta left fielder Erik Gretzky. The win brings the Braves to 6-13, an awful start for a team that made the playoffs just last season.

With Atlanta leading 1-0 in the top of the first, Gretzky hit a fastball from Bryce Schimmoeller for a 2-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Braves ahead, 3-0.

"Winning is hard sometimes," said Braves manager Andres Wray II. "This one was nice to get."
