Kansas City-California Brawl, Jaquez and Vick Suspended
Wednesday, September 4th , 2047
Mike Jaquez of the Kansas City Royals and Harambe Vick of the California Angels will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Royals-Angels game at Kauffman Stadium.
Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Jaquez and Vick will begin serving them soon.
In his season totals Jaquez has 38 home runs and a .247 batting average.
This year in 25 starts, Vick has recorded 9 wins and absorbed 6 losses. He has pitched 127 innings, allowed 135 hits, struck out 133 and has a 4.04 ERA.
