Nimblebottom Bewilders Athletics in 6-0 Shutout Sunday, September 29th , 2047 Pimbly Nimblebottom kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the Texas Rangers were all smiles after winning 6-0 against the Oakland Athletics at Globe Life Park in Arlington today. The right-handed Nimblebottom gave up no runs in his start, permitted 2 hits and had 13 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Nimblebottom said later. "My catcher called a great game, guys delivered at the plate and when I messed something up the guys behind me were where they needed to be."
