Thrice Is Nice: Baker Unloads 3 Homers Wednesday, October 2nd , 2047 Some days you can't have it all, as Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Joel Baker discovered when he cracked three homers against the Arizona Diamondbacks today, and still lost. "I have mixed emotions about this game," he said. "It's great to hit three homers, but it's hard to be happy when you lose the game." The 32-year-old got his name in the league record books, but the Diamondbacks walked away with the 12-10 triumph at Dodger Stadium. Baker finished the day with 3 hits in 5 at-bats and 4 RBIs.
