White Sox Dominate, Sweep Division Series Tuesday, October 15th , 2047 The Chicago White Sox have swept the New York Yankees and are on to the League Championship Series. Chicago won 5-1 today at Yankee Stadium to clinch the Division Series. "We're happy to have put the dagger in when we had the chance," said Chicago center fielder Randy Rosenberry, who was named MVP for the series. "It could have been a tough series to finish if we let them start winning." Rosenberry won the award with a .333 batting average and a .538 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Chicago White Sox don't know who they will face in the next round.
