Expos on to World Series Friday, October 25th , 2047 The Montreal Expos "bent but didn't break" against the Chicago White Sox in the League Championship Series. That's according to John Ham of Montreal, who was named series MVP. "Our guys faced adversity and overcame it. This series wasn't easy, but we stuck to our game and made it work," he said. Montreal won the final game by a 7-0 count and the series 4-1. Ham's MVP performance included hitting .389 with a .389 on-base percentage. He also had 2 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Montreal Expos don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the San Diego Padres - Atlanta Braves series. Atlanta leads the series 3 games to 2.
