Santanello B Selection for 2047 Most Valuable Player Award

He may have less experience than most of his Winter League Baseball peers, but that didn't slow Brad Santanello down at all in 2047.
At the age of 22, the Chicago (WIN) first baseman has been named the winner of the Division B Most Valuable Player Award.
He had a .386 batting average and a .426 on-base percentage this year. In 38 games he piled up 56 hits, 10 doubles, 2 triples, 3 home runs, 16 RBIs and 20 runs scored.
"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."
He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 30. Jose Chinchilla of the Baltimore (WIN) Orioles finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Conrad Taylor of the Detroit (WIN) Tigers finished third.
