Victorino Slaps 5 Hits Friday, November 20th , 2048 Pennsylvania State University Nittany Lions third baseman Victor Victorino went ballistic today with the bat. He hammered the Clemson University Tigers for 5 hits and drove Pennsylvania State University to a 14-1 win over Clemson University at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. Victor Victorino flied out in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a GRAND SLAM off John Sweet in the 7th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Salvatore Vasquez in the 8th and singled in the 9th. Thus far this season Victorino has hit .336 with 14 home runs, 53 RBIs and scored 54 times. |
