Keating Crashes 3 HR Against University of South Carolina Friday, November 20th , 2048 Anyone wearing a glove and sitting in the bleachers for today's Cardinal-Gamecocks game had a good chance at snagging a home run ball. Stanford University left fielder Mike Keating thrice sent eager fans scurrying to catch a souvenir, helping lead the Stanford University to a 6-2 win over University of South Carolina. "Hey, the three homers were great, but I'm just trying to help my ballclub," Keating said later. "I'm not going out there thinking I need another home run." Keating was 3-for-4 on the day with 3 RBI.
