Stannard Wins DIV I's Best Bat Award Tuesday, December 1st , 2048 For a rookie just breaking in, Carlton Stannard certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the DIV I Batter of the Month award for November. The 18-year-old first baseman for the Fresno State University Bulldogs hit .372 with 12 home runs, 22 RBIs and 21 runs scored. Stannard is currently batting .337 with 35 home runs, 78 RBIs and 72 runs scored. He has 106 hits in 315 at-bats. |
