Season-Ending Injury for Coolbaugh Sunday, December 20th , 2048 "Not what I wanted to hear," said UCLA's Kenny Coolbaugh to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 12/16/2048 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Coolbaugh said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Coolbaugh has been out of action since he suffered a torn rotator cuff. This year Coolbaugh has chalked up a 11.45 ERA with no saves. In 8 relief appearances he has put up a 0-1 won-lost mark and struck out 4 batters in 11 innings. |
