Coastal Carolina University's Cowan Named SL2's Best Player Monday, September 20th , 2049 Coastal Carolina University starting pitcher, Johnnie Cowan breezed through the Sub League 2 batters last week and today was voted its outstanding player. He led the league with 2 wins awarded the SL2 Player of the Week trophy. For the week the Chanticleers hurler compiled a fine 2-0 won-lost record, surrendered 2 hits and fanned 13 in 10 innings and put up an impressive 0.00 ERA. |
