Early Season End for Dunkerley Thursday, November 19th , 2048 Eric Dunkerley verified reports that he is probably heading to the injured list. The injury that has kept the Coastal Carolina University reliever out of action since 11/17/2048 -- a torn rotator cuff -- is significant enough, he said, that he will have to "shut it down for a while." How long? "Probably 5-6 months," he said. For the season Dunkerley has made 24 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 4-4 won-lost mark and a 2.27 ERA. In pitching 39.2 innings, he has totaled 48 strikeouts and 14 walks. |
