Early Season End for Byerly Friday, August 26th , 2050 Steve Byerly had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a torn back muscle on 08/24/2050. Today he received word from the Chicago (NYP) doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. For the year Byerly is hitting .267 with 6 home runs. His stats include 61 runs batted in and 65 runs scored. |
