Carmichael Stretches Hit String to 20 Friday, August 26th , 2050 Warren Carmichael went 2-for-5 in the 11-3 Kingsport Mets victory over the Danville Braves at Hunter Wright Stadium today. Carmichael declined to speak to reporters following the game. He extended his hitting streak to 20 games. Warren Carmichael flied out in the 1st, doubled in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 8th. Currently Carmichael has 28 home runs and a .415 batting average. |
