Early Has Season End Friday, September 2nd , 2050 Josh Early has to call it a season. The Billings Mustangs reliever learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 08/31/2050 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a torn rotator cuff and stated that he would not be able to play for 12 months. The team will likely place Early on the injured list today. Early has taken the mound for 39 relief appearances this season, nailing down 6 saves while notching a 2-1 record with a 4.33 ERA. The Billings reliever has limited opposing batters to a .251 batting average. |
